We believe delivery is a very important part of the process of on-line Shopping. Therefore we pack our products very carefully so they have a safe journey to their new home. We ship Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and shipments are sent within 3 business days after receiving your order. We do not have same-day shipping. Once we ship it you will receive an email with the tracking information for you to track the parcel.
For domestic trips, meaning through the US, we use United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise required by the buyer and approved by Pen Parts Store prior to the purchase. Prices and shipping method are calculated at checkout.
For international trips, we use United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. Shipping method vary upon destination and final price on your purchase. Please notice that international shipments may have additional customs charges that depend on each country’s regulation and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer . We are not responsible for any customs fee charged. If you decide not to pay the duties for your package and it is sent back to us we will offer the option of re-sending it and you will have to pay for the shipping cost again. Please know that we will not declare a lower value on the customs form so please do not bother to ask us.
International shipments can take up to eight weeks to arrive and that will depend on the distance and customs in every country. We can open a claim for the insurance of the parcel only after 60 (sixty) days after the day we shipped it so please be patience and wait for your package. For packages sent via Fist-Class there is no tracking available so if you wish to upgrade your shipment for First-Class Registered or USPS Express Service please let us know before you pay.
If you have a special request or forgot to add a product to your order send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to fulfill your request. If your parcel has been shipped already we will not be able to hold it.
